  2. Add all the ingredients in the boiled potatoes and mash well
  3. Wash and soak toor dal for 2 hrs and pressure cook the Dal up to 3 whistles
  4. Now in a kadai, take 2 tbsp ghee and add Rai and jeera and give tadka, then add Curry leaves and all the masalas, then add water and finally add cooked dal and take a boil
  5. Now knead the dough for chapatis
  6. Take a small ball of the dough and roll a small chapati for kachori and put a small ball of mashed potato mixture on the chapati
  7. Cover the potato mixture with chapati from all sides properly and spread them with your fingers to make kachoris
  8. Same way make all the kachoris
  9. Now put these kachoris in the prepared Dal slowly and carefully and keep the flame to low
  10. Let them cook on low flame and flip them after 10-15 mins carefully, do not break the kachoris and again cook them for 10 mins or until done. Serve hot Dal kachori with chopped onion and coriander leaves.
