- Now knead the dough for chapatis
- Take a small ball of the dough and roll a small chapati for kachori and put a small ball of mashed potato mixture on the chapati
- Cover the potato mixture with chapati from all sides properly and spread them with your fingers to make kachoris
- Same way make all the kachoris
- Now put these kachoris in the prepared Dal slowly and carefully and keep the flame to low
- Let them cook on low flame and flip them after 10-15 mins carefully, do not break the kachoris and again cook them for 10 mins or until done. Serve hot Dal kachori with chopped onion and coriander leaves.
