  5. Roll out puri sized from the dough. Appy water on the edges. Place the pithi ball in the center. Seal by making pleats from all sides. Make the rest of the kachoris similarly.
  6. Heat oil to deep fry on low flame. - Now deep fry the kachoris on very low to low flame for 20-25 minutes till light golden crust.
