- Pre heat oven to 400° Brown ground beef with chopped onion.
- Boil rice for about 10 minutes.
- Drain rice
- Add rice to cooked meat and onions.
- Stir evenly. Cover let simmer until ready to add to peppers.
- Rince peppers, cut top off.
- Clean seeds out. Rince out the inside.
- If necessary cut small slices of bottom of peppers to allow them to stand without falling over.
- Pour 1 can tomato sauce into baking dish. Leave a little to pour over top.

- Pour remaining tomato sauce on top of peppers. Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake on 400° for 50-60 min or so… until peppers are tender. Pour some of the juice on top.
