  5. Now add red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, coriander Powder. Mix it well.
  6. Now add dry roasted gram flour. Mix it well. Roast it for 5 min. The filling is ready. Let it cool down.
  7. For Dough: Take a mixing bowl. Add both the flour. Add salt, ghee. Mix it well like bread crumbs. Add little water and make not soft nor to hard dough.
  8. Take lemon sized Dough ball. Roll it like a Puri on rolling pin. Put 2 tsp of filling on it. Close the Puri.
  9. Now slight roll it with very soft hand. Same way make all Kachoris. Meanwhile keep a pan for deep frying on medium flame.
  10. Deep fry it on medium flame.
  11. Once the Kachori is done serve hot with Chutney
