- Add the dry kokum, jeera powder, dhania powder, salt sugar as per taste. Add the chilli-ginger-coriander paste to it. Add a handful of peanuts. Add water and bring it to a nice boil.
- Make a dough for chapatis and make around. 5-6 roundels. Fill the roumdels with the potato filling and close it.
- Add these potato kachoris to the boiling dal and cook till done (approx 15 to 20 minutes) The kachoris will start floating on the top once they are cooked.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
