- Add 50 gms mava to a thick vessel at low flame. Stir continuously and make sure that it doesn't stick to the bottom. Let all the lumps get dissolved. Remove from flame and let it cool.
- Add a pinch of salt, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder to the mava and mix well.
- Place a silver foil on a flat surface. Grease with some homemade ghee. Place the blended cranberry mixture over it and roll into a square shape using a rolling pin.
- Place the mava mixture over the cranberry mixture and spread evenly.
- Roll it and keep it in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. Remove after 15-20 minutes.
- Grease a sharp knife with homemade ghee. Cut the egdes first. Then cut it in small size rolls. Serve.
