Now add besan roast it on medium flame until it's colour changed now add soaked dal, both salt, garam masala, ginger,amchur powder,kasuri methi, black pepper crushed.
  3. Stir constantly and cook dal until it dries up. Allow it to cool and keep it.Divide in 12 equal portions and make balls.Now take one dough ball and flatten it with the help of your fingers.
  4. Fill it with dal stuffing balls and seal the ends tightly and remove excess dough.Repeat the process with other dough balls. Pre-heat oil in a deep fry pan and fry on low flame till it turns golden brown. served with green coriander chutney or sweet chutney.
