- For outer layer: take a pan on low flame. Add oil, carrom seeds, Ginger garlic paste n water. Add salt.

- Mix it well with out lumps. Let absorb all water. While mixing it should leave the pan. Than its done. Let get cool
- For Stuffing:. Take a pan on low flame. add oil, cumin, Chopped onions. Saute it till get light golden. Add dry boiled moong dal. Add all masalas, mix it well. Sprinkle Chopped coriandor leaves.
- Now take Semolina mix on a plate. Drop few drops of oil. Knead it n make smooth dough. Make equal parts.
- Make Stuffing balls. Flatten the Semolina balls on hand. Place the Stuffing ball in it.
- Close the edges of dough n make smooth balls. Heat up the appam maker. Grease oil. Place suji kachori balls in it.
- Put all balls cover it. Toast it for 5 min on low flame. Flip to other side n get toast it. Suji-moong dal Kachoris r ready. Serve hot with Ketchup.
