- Cook All the spices on low flame for 1 or 2 minutes. Let it cool down.
- Now make stuffing balls from it.Knead the dough and take a ball from it and flatten it with your fingers,put the stuffing ball in the middle and close it with your fingers.Press it and flatten the top and roll it lightly by a rolling pin.
- Make all the kachoris and deep fry them in medium hot oil so that they puff up well.Fry them till golden brown and crispy and take it out on tissue paper.
