- Roll out of the each portion of the dough into a circle.
- Place some portion of moong dal filling in the center.
- Bring together all sides & seal it tightly and roll the fill portion again into a circle and make more Kachoris.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep fry Kachoris on a medium flame for 5-6 minutes & then drain the moong dal Kachoris on a plate.
- Serve moong dal Kachoris with tomato sauce or green chutney.
