  5. Add ginger green chilli paste, chilli powder, dry mango powder, garam masala,salt & besan and mix well & cook it on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes & then keep aside for cool.
  6. Roll out of the each portion of the dough into a circle.
  7. Place some portion of moong dal filling in the center.
  8. Bring together all sides & seal it tightly and roll the fill portion again into a circle and make more Kachoris.
  9. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep fry Kachoris on a medium flame for 5-6 minutes & then drain the moong dal Kachoris on a plate.
  10. Serve moong dal Kachoris with tomato sauce or green chutney.
