- Curry procedure: Take a pan add oil,cloves,jeera, cinnamon,bay leaf then add onions,tomatoes, chopped beans and carrots,green chillies pieces
- Then add ginger garlic paste after it became turn brown add red chilli powder,biryani masala,salt and curd keep stirring untill oil separate from the mixture then add water and coriander leaves then add kofta to the curry and mix well
- Final Cook: Take a pan add kofta curry one layer then add cooked rice second layer then add remaining kofta curry and add rice, coriander leaves add few drops of orange colour which is mixed with water and cook for few minutes with tightly close the lid
- After few minutes it's ready to eat with wonderful platter
