  9. In a frying sufuria, add in some cooking oil n heat abit. Add onions n brown them.
  10. Add some little salt n stir.
  11. Add your sukumawiki n mix. Simmer for 8-10 mins. Avoid over cooking your vegetables.
  12. Unwrap your spaghetti n serve with your fried sukumawiki.
  13. Enjoy when you can.

Once the minutes are over remove the water from the boiled kale and add the Add salt to taste. And there you go your very own fried kale leaves. The Swahili translation of sukuma wiki approximates to "push the week." In Kenya if you have any edible greens in your garden you will not go hungry. This recipe provides the opportunity to push a bit of Kenya onto your dining table. Note; Sukuma wiki can be used as an accompaniment for Ugali, beef ,rice, and several other food choices.
