- Then if possible cover the frying pan for two minutes
- Fry then continue mixing for one more minute and serve while hot.
- To another cooking pan, put 1 cup of water to boil.
- Then add the maize flour one at time while mixing. Mix till the Ugali thickens
- Then add cover the Ugali for 3 minutes to allow it to cook.
