  2. In a pot take wheat flour and semolina.add dal mixture which we ground. Add 2 spoons oil.and adding very little water make very hard dough cover and keep aside. Now take little dough and rollout thick puri. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry puri at medium heat till golden brown in colour at both sides
  3. For potato vegetable. Heat oil in pan. Put jeera add hing, green chillies, ginger, coriander seeds,fennel seed, red chilli powder and whole red chilli.cook now put boiled potatoes roughly mashed mix add salt and dry mango powder.cook put plenty water.cook on a slow flame for 8-10 mnts.
