  9. Now add 2 cups of water and mix well.. Add little more of salt and let it to boil for about 7-8 minutes on medium flame.
  10. Till then heat oil in a pan for frying puri.
  11. Divide the dough into small parts.
  12. Roll all the parts and fry the puri when oil is hot.
  13. And it's ready to be served.
