Steps to make Ugali and Fried Kales(SukumaWiki):
  1. In a cooking pot put 1 tbsp of oil.
  2. Add the chopped onions
  3. Fry for a few minutes till golden brown
  4. Add the chopped kales and fry for 5 more minutes
  5. Do not fry for a long time as it might to brown hence loosing the nutrients.
  6. In a different cooking pan, boil 1/2 cup of water.
  7. Then into the water add the maize flour little by little while mixing and turning until it thickens
  8. Then cover the ugali for 2 minutes and mix the ugali.
  9. Mix and turn the Ugali for 2 more minutes and serve while hot.
