- Take big boiled potatoes
- Get wheat flour
- Prepare suji/rava
- Prepare kasuri methi
- Get Salt
- Make ready turmeric powder
- Take ajwain seeds
- Take red chilli powder
- Take oil to mix in puri dough
- Make ready Oil for frying
Aloo poori or Alu ki poori is a perfect breakfast or dinner recipe which tastes super delicious. Infact you can pack these super yummy aloo masala pooris in you lunch or for an outing. Steps to make Aloo Puri:
- First wash and boil potatoes, cool down and mash it nicely.
- Add wheat flour, suji, ajwain, salt, red chili powder, crushed kasuri methi, 2tsp oil & turmeric. Mix all these nicely and make smooth dough. (If required add 2-3 drops of water)
- In big pan heat oil for frying.
- Make small ball from dough, roll it same as puri. Once oil is hot then fry these puris one by one.
- Serve these puri with pickles or chutney. Enjoy! 😊
