  8. Cover and cook in high flame for 8 mins. After 8 mins use a spoon to flip the rice from bottom to top (this procedure is done to cook the rice evenly)
  9. Again cover and cook in low flame for 7 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
