  9. Here I made these in heart-shaped molds with a bottom layer of sponge cake.
  10. I made the top layer of gelatin with mashed and strained strawberries and raspberries, added sugar, water, and gelatin and heated the mixture. After letting it cool, I poured it on top of the mousse.
  11. You can make this as a whole cake, too.
  12. This is also delicious if you add layers of sponge cake. You can adjust the amount of mousse and thickness of the layers.
