  6. Take one ball and roll it out into 1/2" thick chapati.
  7. Heat the griddle. Put chapati on it.cook for 2 min. Flip it and pinch the chapati with your thumb and finger in a circular way.
  8. When bottom layer turn light brown. Flip the chapati and cook for 2 min.
  9. Now put off from the griddle and cook directly on the lowest flame.
  10. When it cook properly. Pour desi ghee on it. Rest it for 2 min till the chapati absorbs ghee.
  11. Serve hot with panchmel daal and lahsun ki chutney.
