- Deep fry Koftas till golden brown and crisp.Take out in a Plate.In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil or Ghee,add Cumin seeds, chopped garlic.Saute for a while.add little water, stirr and add Onion puree.Mix well.
- Add salt.cook till Onion is pink or golden brown.when Onion is cooked add turmeric powder,red chilli powder.saute for a minute.Add tomato puree and Cook for 4-5 mins till oil seperates and comes up.
- Add 1 Cup water to make gravy.cover and Cook for 5-7 mins.Oil comes up.(If want to make spicy add spicy tomato chutney (optional).Mix well.Cook for 1-2 mins.)Add black pepper powder.Mix and Serve in a serving bowl.Add koftas.garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream.Serve with chapatis or parathas.
