  2. Heat up a pan and add oil till it heats up. After heating the oil add the mixture of sabut garam masala powder and hing in it. Later, make a paste of tomato, ginger and chilli.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and chill powder to it. Cook the mixture properly so that extra oil can be left behind. Now, add Kabuli chana and cook it for about 5 mins (approx.) at low flame.
  4. Add water to the mixture and cook it nicely for 10 mins. Add chola masala and imli pulp to the solution and cook it well for 5 mins. Now add garam masala and let it get heat for 5 more mins… Your chola will look something like as shown in the picture
  5. Your chola is ready. You can eat it yourself if you are a foodie or can share it also if you want because sharing is caring.
