- Now take wheat flour add salt add semolina with water kned little hard flour cover 5 min after 5 min add 1 spoon oil on flour mix well
- Now make small balls equall size dust in dry flour roll on with rolling pin make equal size puris
- Heat on oil in frying pan when it's heat add 1 puri fry with spektula press little all over puri fluffy puri is ready.
- Now serve with tempered daal hot fluffy puries. ( you can cook in presser cooker also but in open pan daal tests more.
