  6. 2.for chatpata mint flavour *crush mint and green leaves
  7. Add this paste in one divided portion.add some jal jira powder.
  8. 3.For hing flavour add some hing and rosted jeera powder.
  9. 4.For spicy Garlic Flavour add garlic paste with some more chillies/or red chillie powder.
  10. 5.For khatta mithha Flavour add some Jaggery /sugar in flavour water.
  11. Make aloo chana masala add spice,in boiled alu and chanaand Coriander leaves.
  12. Fill this masala in puri.serve with flavoured pani.
  13. You can sprinkle sev,bundi in puries.as per choice
