- First of all in a pan boil some water,add salt and spinach in it and boil spinach leaves for 1 min.
- After 1 min take this spinach leaves out of the pan and let it cool down.Once it's cool down put this spinach leaves in a mixer jar add green chillies,cumin Seeds and make a fine paste.
- In a bowl take wheat flour add some salt and spinach Puri in it and make a soft dough and keep it aside for 10 mins.
- After 10 min take a small dough balls and roll it in a circular shape and make a Puri.Make all puris like this.
- Now heat up oil in a kadhai drop this palak puri's in it and fry it from both sides.Fry all puri's like this.
- Palak puri's are ready serve them hot with potato sabzi or pickle or any chutney as per your choice.
