- In a broad vessel make chashni of rasmalai for that 2 cup sugar 4 cup water reqire.mix and cook up to sugar melt and add all rasmalai in it when chashni is in boiling state
- Cook it for 20 min.by covering on fast gas
- Take ice cold water 200ml add it after 20 min in boiling rasmalai so over cooking of ras malai stops.rasmalai is ready!!
- Now we make malai milk for this take 1 1LT full fat milk and boil it.add sugar,cardmom powder and saffron mixed in hot milk
- Add fresh malai 1/2 cup in milk and stir it well
- Take dry fruits like almond pistachio cut and add in malaimilk.you can add saffron yellow colour if want rasmalai of yellow colour.i have avoided colour
- Boil for 5 to 8 min on low medium flame malai milk is ready!!let it cool in freeze.
- Take chilled rasmalai in a dip dish or bowl.squeeze sugar chasni gently.now add malai milk, pistachio flakes,almond flakes and dry rose petal.
- Serve rasmalai chilled. Very yummy mothwatering rasmalai is ready to serve!!
