- Mix all the ingredients carefully without any lumps.
- Adjust the consistency with more milk if required to make the batter. Keep for one hour.
- Take a nonstick pan…. heat…. add ghee…pour batter…cover and cook in low medium heat for 2 mins.
- Flip and cook the side of Chilla till it's done.
- Serve hot with tea. Very yummy and tasty.
