- First crush gajar ko cooker Mein Thoda milk daal Kar 3 - 4 whistle hone De isse you save your gas and time.
- Then shift in Kadai. Add Mava and stir it for 10 min.
- Add Jaggery again stirring 10 min.
- Last add dryfruits your Halwa was ready to eat.
- Serve 🔥 after meal.
This dessert has a soft, creamy and custardy texture with a distinct flavour which will certainly make you crave for more. Gajar ka halwa = carrot halwa. Of the many dishes that we Mesopotamians have invented, one is Halwa, which can be of various varieties. For full dried "Gajar ka Halwa" to form will take about ½ hour of cooking.
