  4. Make small roundels or any shape as per your preference.. and first roll in the cornflour and maida slurry.. then coat with crumbs.. do it with all the mixture.. then put all the cutlets in fridge to become set..
  5. Now you can fry on medium hot oil or also you can shallow fry.. ready to serve.
