- In a large pan. Boil 1 packet milk. Till it reduce the half of the pan.Add sugar as needed, 1 tsp cardamom powder and saffron milk. Boil it till it become layer just like rabbdi.Once it is done. Add Rasmalai in the milk.Boil for few minutes in low flame. The rasmalai will float at the top of the milk. It is done.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with saffron. Ready to serve
