- while burger cooks a few mins, make basil sauce.
- add mayo, basil pesto, and pepper (dash of salt if you wish) and mix well.
- flip your burger and add cheese if you please. If you shred your cheese it will melt better, cover and remove from heat.
- Toast or carmelize buns, spread basil sauce on bottom bun, add your burger, top with favorite toppings and you have a wonderful, tasty Zinger :)
