  1. In a sauce pan boil 1/2 ltr milk… 2 mins After add the lemon juice little little.. Milk totally curdles
  2. Use a strainer and place the white cloth on it and drain the waste water
  3. Add cold water wash the milk curdles to reduce the lemon sour…tie in the cloth for 1 hr
  4. After 1 hr take the milk curdles it become cheese cottage… Mash it with palm add 1tbsp maida mash it well until it become smooth…. Knead it like a soft dough
  5. Make small balls and press with your finger and flatten it
  6. In a sauce pan add sugar and water, cardamon let it boil
  7. Add the cottage balls into it one by one.. Cook it for 20 mins…
  8. On the other hand in a sauce pan add 2ltr milk.. Boil it, scrap the edges
  9. When the milk reduces.. Add cardamon and sugar.. Stir it
  10. When the milk become thick add dry fruits cook for few mins switch of the flame
  11. Our rasmalai has cooked… Take out the rasmalai from sugar syurp, squeeze all the syurp and transfer it into thick milk
  12. Our rasmalai is ready to serve
