- Now make balls of the dough and roll to small Puri.
- Place the Puri in Kachori mould and fill with Mawa stuffing and close with another Puri and press the mould
- Remove the extra edges and seal properly.
- Deep fry in hot oil till golden.
- Place in serving plate and pour sugar syrup and garnish with Pista Badam slivers and rose petals and serve.
