  4. Now again take a pan and add mango paste in it, then add sugar, garam masala, black salt, Red chilli powder one by one by stirring in between. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes more on medium flame.
  5. Till mixture get cooked will make plates ready. Take any tray or plate, and little this plastic of your tray or plate Size, grease plastic it with little ghee and keep aside.
  6. Now our Aam papad mixture is ready, spread on your greased tray or plate. Let it dry under Fan for 1-2 days. Then cut into desired shape.
