  1. Boil 1lit mil then add lemon juice to it to curdle the milk. Strain the paneer and rest it for 4hr in a cloth.
  2. Take a pan 6 cup of water and 2cup sugar. Cook it till sugar dissolves in water. Add cardamom powder.
  3. Meanwhile knead the paneer till it is smooth. Prepare small balls then press it by ur palm.
  4. Add those paneer balls to the sugar syrup and cook them for 10min in a low flame. Keep them in that water.
  5. Take 500ml milk bring it to boil, add condensed milk to it. Don't thicken it more. Add saffron milk to it. Switch off the flame. Add the mango puree to it and mix it well.
  6. Squeeze the paneer balls from the sugar syrup and add it to the milk mixture. Keep it for overnight. Have it next day.
