(Mind it if the balls are not immediately put into the boiling milk, they may become hard).
  5. Refrigerate before eating delicious Rasmalai.
  6. Note: if the dough becomes too sticky, add one tbsp of Oil during kneading. For easily making the balls grease your palm with oil.
