- Phr adha anda dalain aur hlkai hathon sai mix krain agr zaroorat ho to aur anda add krain. Soft c dough goondh lain. (mix hlkai hathon sai krna hai phr balls soft bnti.) (agr bra egg ho ga to half sai zyada add ho ga agr chota ho ga ti comp add ho jai ga)
- Ab balls bana lain apni marzi ke shape ke. 1 cup milk powder ke 7-8 ban jati hain. (pic mein zyada hain qk mein nai 2 cup sai bnai thi)
- Ab doodh ke anch low kar ke balls add krni hain aur dhkan daik dam wali anch kar daini hai 10 sec ke liye. Aur 10 sec baad dhkan hata ke high flame kar daini jab dooh upar a jai to dubara 10 sec ke liye dam dai daina aur phr dubara high flame kar ke doodh ko. Boil krna hai.
- Ab low flame par 15 min dam daina hai. 5min baad flame off kar daini hai aur 10 min aise hi dam daina hai without flame. Ab balls ko kisi chamach sai nikal ke bowl mein dalte jain aur side par rakh dain. (bowl round na ho to zyada best hai)
- Ab atai hain doodh ke trf, doodh mein condensed milk ya sugar add krain, ilaichiyan add krain khole bagair aur barfi ya khoya add kar dain is sai taste acha ata hai. Agr available ho to zaroor dalain. Badam crush kiye hue dal ke pkne dain 20-25 min jab doodh adha reh jai to anch band kar ke room temperature par anai dain.
- Jab doodh thanda ho jai to balls par dalain aur ise freezer mein rakh dain thanda honai ke liye aur thanda honai ke baad ise mazeed garnish kar ke enjoy krain.😊
