  4. अब छेने को निकाल लीजिए 5 से 7 मिनट हथेली से अच्छे से मैश करें 2 छोटी चम्मच कार्न फ्लोर डालकर छेने में मिक्स कर ले और छेने की छोटी-छोटी गोलियां बनाकर पेडे जैसी चपटी कर ले और रेडी कर ले।
  5. एक कुकर या बड़े गंज में 200 ग्राम शक्कर डाल के चार गिलास पानी डालें अच्छे से उबलने तक गर्म कर ले ।
  6. 15 मिनट तक कम आच पर सारी गोलियां पकने दे।
  7. अब गोलियों को रूम टेंपरेचर पर ठंडा होने दें फिर एक एक गोली निकाल कर मलाई वाले दूध में डालें और इसे फ्रिज में ठंडा करने रखें फिर 2 घंटे बाद करें
  8. लीजिए हमारी रसमलाई रेडी है ऊपर से पिस्ता से या अपने मनचाहे ड्राई फ्रूट से गार्निश करें और ठंडा ठंडा सरव करें।
