- For Malai:- We'll use the sugar syrup for Malai. At first, we add evaporated milk & powder milk together for 5-6 minutes. Then add rasgullas and again boiled them for 2 minutes. At last, we'll add nuts powder & mawa. After 2-3 minutes Malai going to give a little bit thick texture then add rose water or kewra water. Now remove the pan from heat.
