- Heat 1 ltr of water add,150 gm of sugar, 3 green Cardamom and wait till the sugar melts
- When sugar melts add one by one chena's tikkias into it and cover with help of lid and cook for 10-15 mintues. After 10-15 minutes switch off the gas.and keep the Ras in the fridge and let cool
- Take a bowl add ras into then add tikkis into it and serve
