- To a pan Milk or water heat up on midium flame. While Milk (for creamy texture & enhance taste) or water heat up put a pan on medium flame and add ghee to it. Now add Sooji and stir continuously.
- Stir Sooji around 7-8 min. When Sooji is beginning to change colour i.e light brown add warm Milk or water in it. Keep stirring, Sooji will absorbs all liquid and thicken up.
- Now add Sugar in it and stir it till sugar dissolves in it.
- Add elaichi powder & all dryfruits and mix it. This step is totally optional. You can also add Kesar too enhance flavour.
- Sooji Halwa is ready. Serve hot Halwa garnish with dryfruits.
