Steps to make Paneer Corn Capsicum with Butter Naan:
- Firstly let's make the dough for naan.. take a bowl seive the maida flour, baking powder and salt. Mix them well. Now add 1 spoon of butter or ghee. Gradually add milk and make fine dough. It should not be very soft or tight. Now it's ready. Cover with soft cotton cloth. Wet the cloth with water. Now cover it and keep aside for at least 3 hours.
- For paneer corn Capsicum, cut the paneer in small cubes, same with capsicum. And sweet corn. Boil 3 of them for 10 minutes. If you boil paneer then it will be more soft so here we r boiling paneer also.
- Now let's make a gravy from tomato and bottle gourd. Take a mixer jar and add tomato and bottle gourd. Mix well and make smooth paste. Don't add water.
- Set a wok on medium heat. Add some oil.add Ginger and chilli paste and saute it for 5 min. Add tomato and bottle gourd puree. Add salt turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Saute for 5 minutes. Add garam masala. Saute for 2 minutes. Now add boiled paneer, corn and capsicum. Mix well. Add kasuri methi and mix it. Cover with lid and let it cook for 5 to 7 min. Lastly add fresh cream. Mix well. It's ready. Garnish with coriander.
- Now comes to butter naan. Take the dough which we prepared. Make small balls from dough. Cover with same cotton cloth. Take one bowl and roll it in oval shape.
- Heat a tawa or roti pan… Roast both the sides.. one side direct with the flame. Now take it out in plate. Add some butter and garnish with coriander or black sesame seeds (optional).
