  3. Meanwhile in a pan add oil or butter them add red chilli,Rai,Curry leaves, urad and chana dal then add chopped onion and green chillies saute for 2 min.then add peel and roughly mashed potatoes and all spices. Cook for 3-4min. Filling is ready.
  4. Put non-stick pan grease oil then spread water and clean with cotton now spread spoon full batter.
  5. When it turns light brown then grease oil over on it.and place filling.roll it.
  6. Your crispy masala dosa is ready for breakfast serve it with chutney and sambhar.
