- Add cumin and ajwain and salt to it
- Mix well put 1 teaspoon oil again mix well add water keepaside for 30 mins
- Heat dosa pan brush it with little oil,
- Now adjust consistency spread dosa on pan
- Grind coconut, green chiliies, roasted chana dal,coarinder leaves,salt.chuteny is ready
- Now take out dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney.
