Sorghum is also known as Jowar in Hindi,we call it Cholam in Tamil, It is also called as white millet.   4. I served them with Split Gram and Coconut Chutney. Roast the dal and the coconut on a low flame along with the grated Ginger. Add the Green Chillies and grind to a paste using little water. You can adjust the water quantity accordingly. I added 3 to 4 tablespoons of water.
  5. Adjust Salt and add the tempering to it. That's it. Enjoy this tempting Chutney with Dosas or Idlis.
