Steps to make Sweet Corn Masala Dosa:
  1. For making idli batter soak all idli batter ingredients for 6 hours. Then wash it and grind it adding little water and make a smooth paste flowing consistency and keep overnight or 6 hours to get fermeted.
  2. For Masala- boil potatoes and sweet corn separately. Peel potato and cut into small cubes.take a kadai keep for heating add oil add mustard seeds cumin seeds hing curry leaves green chilli one by one.once it get splutter add onions once it transculent add tomatoes all
  3. And saute for 2 minutes once tomatoes get cooked add ginger garlic turmeric powder corrainder powder salt and mix it once oil release add potato and sweet corn mix entire thing add little water and closed the lid and mash it if required with masher add chopped corrainder leaves and cook in low flame for 5 to 8 minutes.then off the gas
  4. For Crispy dosa take fresh idli batter in one vessel add salt as required and add little baking soda and water little and mix it properly it should be smooth paste. Heat the non stick tawa pour one ladder of batter as thin as possible to make thin and crisp dosa. When it becomes to get crisp u can see it in an golden colour apply few drops of ghee for better taste. Now place masala stuff and roll it.
