- 1/2tbsp red chilli powder, 1tsp black pepper, 2tsp salt or 1 tsp Garam masala dal kar mix karein or bhoun lein thora bhoun Jaye to aik glass pani dal dein ta ke tomato cook ho kar mix hojaye.
- Jab half glass pani reh Jaye to fry seekh - Kabab dal kar medium anch par cook karein.. Ta ke kabab b cool hojaye or masaly mein kabab ka taste b a Jaye. - Oil alg nzr any lgy to anch band kar dein.
- Seekh kabab bahir nikal lein. Ta ke rice masaly mein mix krty hue tout na jayen. Phir 2 kni boiled rice masaly mein dal aram se mix karein.
- 15 mint dum ke baad foren na kholen. 15 mint baad kholen or usi stove par pry rehny dein ta ke garam stove se heat milti rhy. Dish out karein.
