  1. Wash and soak parboiled red rice and whole white urad, fenugreek seeds for 4-5 hours. At the time of grinding add soaked poha in urad / dal.
  2. First grind soaked urad,fenugreek seeds and poha in wet grinder. After few minutes add soaked rice and grind to make dosa batter. Keep cover and ferment for 8 hours.
  3. For making onion mixture..Peel and chopped onions. Finely chopped in chopper along with fresh coriander leaves. Transfer it in mixing bowl. Peel,grate ginger in it. Add chopped green chillies. Mix well.
  4. Heat dosa tawa. Grease with 1 tsp oil wipe out with tissue paper. In dosa batter and salt and mix gently. Pour a laddleful of red rice dosa batter in center. Spread thinly towards edges. Sprinkle oil on it. Sprinkle spicy onion mixture. As the lower side turn crispy golden brown,flip and cook for few minutes. Similarly prepare All dosas.
  5. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Red Rice Onion Dosa with coconut chutney and sambhar.
